Cinda was born and raised in Salida, Colorado and has chosen to remain in the town she so loves. She believes in Salida and its future while trying to help retain Salida’s quaint and colorful history. Cinda has been very successful in business having worked in real estate in the community for 30+ years. She feels a deep desire to give back to the public and its people who have given so much to her. Her career as a real estate broker in Chaffee County is quite impressive. She is past president of the Chaffee County Board of Realtors, Chaffee County Realtor of the Year and a past director of the Colorado Association of Realtors. As part of the community, she has served as a Poncha Springs trustee, Planning and Zoning Commissioner, and was voted Salida Woman of the Year. She is also a past director of Habitat for Humanity. She contributes in various ways to Salida Steamplant, Salida Art Walk, numerous art events, Salida Merchants Association, Salida Chamber of Commerce, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited, Chaffee County Fair, Boys and Girls Club and Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center.

Off the field, Cinda’s hobbies include family, friends, history, art, reading and the great outdoors. Cinda’s willing personality to help others and the community that surrounds her only compliment her dedication to her passionate career.

Jerry was born and raised in Salida. Real Estate has become a second vocation of Jerry’s, as he was previously employed by the Chaffee County Assessor’s Office for over 20 years, twelve of those years as the County Assessor (3 elected terms). Jerry and his wife, Lena, raised 2 children and are proud grandparents of 4 grand children. He obtained his real estate license in 1979 and started to practice real estate in 1991. He has a vast knowledge of the area and is familiar with all aspects of the real estate market. He has served on numerous committees, including the county planning commission, past president of St. Joseph Parish Council, past president of the Spartan Booster Club, and served as a director and coach of Little League Baseball for many years. He was also one of the inaugural directors of the United Country Premier Brokers, LLC.

His hobbies include wine making, golfing and enjoying time with family and friends. He has been a member of the Elks Lodge #808 for 36 years and with the Knights of Columbus for 30 years.
